Singing Magpie Produce - Sticky Quince Syrup
Singing Magpie Produce is based in South Australia’s Riverland and founded on land first planted by returned soldier settler Amos ‘Jack’ Heward in the 1920s. Revived by Sue Heward and her family in 2016, it now produces seasonal Australian specialties, like figs, quinces, and other local sun dried produce, and crafts them into delectable treats with care, simplicity, and sustainability at heart.
It’s been a long journey for Singing Magpie Produce to create this decadent syrup. Once their multi award-winning Smyrna quinces are cooked, they are left with a big pot of rich liquid. Through experimentation they discovered that this liquid forms a luxurious syrup once it is gently cooked down for about 6–7 hours. Innovation and waste reduction are central to their food philosophy.
There are two words to describe this Sticky Quince Syrup – indulgent and versatile. This rich and moreish syrup pairs perfectly with roast duck and pork. It can also be used as the base flavour of ice cream or served on a cheese board. Even salads can be taken to another level by adding the syrup to a dressing.

Purple Soul Wines - Harp of Gaea Grenache
Purple Soul was born from Jamison Lim and Jenny Lai’s mission to preserve the soul of Australian wine. Having arrived in Australia in 2006, the pair recognised that many of South Australia’s historic family-run vineyards, home to some of the world’s oldest vines, were at risk of being lost. Determined to protect this heritage, they combined their global experience in wine-making and marketing, honing their skills in Burgundy, Tuscany, California, and Chile. With Jamison earning international recognition for his craft, the pair returned to create wines that are distinct, expressive, and true to their Australian roots.
Today, Purple Soul works hand-in-hand with growers to craft wines that capture the land, the vines, and the people who nurture them.
Inspired by Gaea, Mother of Earth, this Grenache is sourced from a single vineyard on Terra Rossa soils in Krondorf, Barossa Valley. Around 20% of the grapes are fermented with their stems intact, and the juice stays in contact with the skins for two weeks at a cool temperature, giving the wine extra structure. After ageing in old French oak barrels, the result is a vibrant, enticing wine with bright red fruit aromas and subtle hints of dried herbs.

JoMaree Designs - Signature Breastfeeding Work Shirt
Living on the land brings all kinds of challenges, and having a young family only adds to that experience. For Jo Maree this lifestyle meant days outside with each of her babies. Their Signature Breastfeeding Work Shirt redefines the early days of motherhood for the rural mum.
